How does the selection process work?
Every application is reviewed by a member of the Stryō team. We prioritise alignment over volume — we are building a selective network of partners who represent our values, not a mass affiliate programme.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale partners?
Yes. Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product range. Your account manager will provide full pricing and MOQ details during the onboarding call.
Can I be both an ambassador and a wholesale partner?
Each programme has its own terms. If you believe a dual arrangement makes sense for your situation, mention it in your application and our team will discuss the options with you.
How are commissions calculated for ambassadors?
Ambassadors earn a percentage commission on each completed order driven by their personal code or affiliate link. Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in your ambassador agreement.
How long does the application review take?
We aim to respond to all applications within 7–10 business days. Applications that need additional information may take longer. We review each one personally.
